How About some Irish Fare to Complement the Green Beer

Celebrations of St. Patrick’s Day take place all around the world on March 17th and the fun and feasting ​centers around delicious Irish food. But did you know the Corned Beef and Cabbage meal is actually an Irish-American tradition? According to many Irish, on their national feast day, they eat regular Irish food and perhaps drink a little extra to celebrate the day. AND – they refer to it as Paddy’s Day (definitely not called St. Patty’s Day)! Regardless, enjoy this recipe for Corned Beef and Cabbage… Irish-American style.
